Initial Consultation is $150 (1hr-1.5hr)
In this initial consultation, we'll review health history, symptoms, and lifestyle to assess and determine the best individualized herbal treatment plan. During the consultation, I may ask questions about your diet, exercise habits, medical history, and current health conditions to help identify herbal remedies that may be beneficial. Then I will recommend specific herbs, herbal formulations, or lifestyle changes that may help alleviate any health symptoms and improve overall health and well-being.

Follow Up $60 (30 min-1hr) plus the cost of the herbs.Â
A follow up consultation may be recommended to monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan as necessary.
